HELP AN ORPHAN - ADOPT ONE NOW!

Help us to take care of one of the many African orphans. There are at least 11 million destitute orphans that are going to bed most nights hungry.  By adopting one of the children in our orphanages you can help us to  feed, cloth, educate, provide health care and ensure a safe haven for these  lovely children. They didn't choose to be who they are and deserve to be loved and taken care off. It give us the opportunity to live Christ to them and help them to understand that in spite of their sad circumstances God loves them and want to take care of them.

We have currently 34 orphans in Kenya, 36 in Malawi and 48 in Sierra Leone. We are just about ready to can take another 48 orphans into our homes in Malawi and as soon as we raise enough funds to build an orphanage in Sierra Leone we want to provide a home for 40-50 orphans there. With your help we can make a difference to at least some.

For a mere $40 a month, one Sunday lunch for a family, you can adopt a child and extend God's love in a tangible and Biblical way. The Bible teaches us that true religion, religion that carries God's approval, is to care for the orphans and widows. Let us together join God in His work and His concern for orphans.  

GREAT project for small groups...

In a seemingly difficult economy, with alarming growth in local needs, we might need to work together in small group to help these orphans who are in desperate need for help. A small group, cell group, Sunday school class, youth group, extended family, whatever group situation you are currently involved in, can combine in adopting an orphan. Example: Sunday school class of 10 bring $1 every Sunday and monthly you will be able to adopt a child.

Orphanages:

• KENYA: Carol Orphanage

  Currently 34 orphans. Eleven of them attending High School, a privilege for less than 40% of African children. To help Dorine we have 2 widows employed that help to take care of the children. Our orphans have toys, some bicycles and many books, both stories and educational to their exposal which is a none existing for the local children. Since the opening of Orphanage we only lost one orphan who went home to be with the Lord. We are ready to extend the orphanage to 54 children but need $15000 to can make this happen.

• MALAWI: Grace Orphanage

  Currently 36 orphans. Buildings are already extended that allows us to take another 48 orphans. Currently 4 orphans attend high school. Evelyn are assisted by the 4 widows employed to act as mothers for the children. In Malawi each home can take 24 children and two widows serve as "mothers" to the children of the home. These orphans come from Yao homes which mean from Muslim background. It is therefore encouraging tot see how these children are now involved in church and most of them growing spiritually. In the love of Christ these orphans destination are changed for eternity.

• SIERRA LEONE: Orphanage

  The new building for the for the 48 orphans should be completed by early June of 2011. There is a tremendous need for schools and in the process of developing this land we will be able to provide schooling for our orphans simultaneously. The School building will also be used as a church on Sundays and for our seminary semesters.
